About the event
This is Trash Club's monthly cleanup at Transmitter Park! We join Friends of WNYC Transmitter Park and capture park trash dring their Sunday Gardening Event. We are passionate about capturing the tons and tons of mircrotrash that lands on NYC's urban shorelines, and stopping it before it can pollute the ocean and harm its inhabitabts. We provide guidance, gloves, trash pickers, bags and safety materials for anyone of any age who would like to help.
